On behalf of the membership of the Wisconsin Law Enforcement Executive Development Association (WLEEDA) and the Wisconsin Command College Alumni Association (WICCAA), we cordially invite you to join us at a joint conference at the Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells on January 26-28, 2026. This is a law enforcement leadership conference you won’t want to miss.

With many Wisconsin law enforcement leaders sharing membership in both Associations, the Executive Boards of those Associations met to discuss the possibility of a strategic partnership in 2026. Those initial discussions were very fruitful and resulted in both executive boards agreeing to share resources and bring high caliber speakers to this conference.
